The biggest job I helped with was my dads car. He bought a Grand Prix GXP at a cheap price because the previous owner hit a fire hydrant with it. So we had to fix up the whole front end (new rad, AC condenser, bumper, hood, lights, little bit of frame work) as well as completely replacing the dash and the steering wheel because the airbags deployed. But after it was all done we got it all together during our spare time over the winter, and my dad kept the costs far below what a non-damaged version would have costed. I wonder how much could have been saved with chop-shop prices?? Just kidding, getting the car licensed for the road again would be very difficult without receipts to prove all the replacement parts where legit.
