I frequently get heartburn, but today, I'm experiencing it more severely than ever, and also a little higher up. I literally nearly fell over from the pain. Is there anything I can do for this? Ant-acids don't work, and I don't know what to do. Also...

    Are you sure it's heartburn? There are many causes of chest pain that are much more life threatening. I've worked triage and a patient with chest pain is always a red flag. Go see a doctor right now. If the pain is so severe that it caused you to fall over, then something more serious is definitely going on.
