Is there any reason you shouldn't crack your knuckles?

    when you crack your knuckles, you're causing a bubble of carbon dioxide to go into this bag of fluid, which you have in all of your joints, resulting in the cracking sound. and in case that wasn't the question, it makes your hands weaker.
