Is there a god, and either way, how do we know?

    A survey done by readers digest a few years ago, to prove or disprove this theory was in my mind successful.
    Now i am not 100% on the little details like where and by whom this survey was conducted but here goes.....

    In a hospital there were 2 very very sick men with the same thing wrong with them....the local churches and neighbors were told to pray for the health of " name".. they were not told who the man was or where he was or any other details apart from his name.
    Now after a few days this man started to recover while the other man did not.
    Therefore this indicates that prayer IS heard by something or someone or some force or call it whatever you will.....
    Now, no doubt the sceptics will say" well this or that or well....."
    but personally i do very much so believe that god does exist, although you cannot see him or hear him.....you see him in all the things around you....a newborn child is gods work.....( yes, even the ones with defects.), you hear him in all the things around you.....trees blowing in the wind. birds singin..etc..a child laughing or crying..all these thing in my belief are from god.
    BUT IT STILL COMES DOWN TO WHATS INSIDE YOU.

    • There is power in prayer, but it is not the power of God. I promise you. It is the power of the believers. They say it is God but it is really their own power they are able to tap into. They are able to do this because they have invested power in God. It is not that God exists, He doesn't, but it is a source for the believer, one they can easily go to. God is for the less spiritually advanced, but power can still be accessed, it sometimes works.
