    At least in California and Oregon, Albertson's, VON's, Safeway, Best Buy, CompUSA, Staples, BiMart, Fred Meyer and the list goes. Almost all places these days offer some type of reward/savings cards even if automatic at this point. Even Amazon.Com gives you a discount if you sign up for their credit card and then you get yearly rewards thereafter. Target lets you sign up for email deals and I get 10% off coupons at least once a month as well.
