Help answer this question below.

I know I should be doing much more productive things than spending so much time online, checking my email a million times a day etc., What is wrong? Its not benefiting my career or social life and I know it but I still do it. Why? What can I do about it

    Sounds like you're addicted. Learn to prioritize if you haven't already. Make good habits and force yourself to stick to them until they become normal for you. I need to do the same thing.
