Caffeine causes your arteries to open up with more blood rushing throughout your body, explaining reasons why caffeine consumption leads to heat beating faster, helps with headaches, and tremble-ness.

What is happening to you might either be an allergic reaction or overconsumption of caffeine. If it is the latter, then drink water and get up and walk around until it is diluted in your system.
