I sometimes feel a sense of guilt being a white-male in a society that needs to evermore respect minority groups. Anyone else feel similar (or just want to comment)?

    I understand where you are coming from-I used to feel kinda like that, too. (Maybe only 'kinda' because I am female).
    However, because of the industry I chose to work in I am now treated just as shitty by society. Although, no one knows of my work unless I tell them, or meet them through work. It's not like a color I wear on my skin, accent in my voice, or cultural traditions that make differences obvious.
