Unfortunately due to a lot of improper breeding, hamsters do suffer from things like spinning, flipping, and racing the walls of their cage. This is a compulsive behavior and NOT normal, its a Neurological problem. Normally it is recommended to euthanize animals like this as they cannot control themselves and it can impede upon their normal lifestyle (eating, drinking, and sleeping). Oddly enough, its not a common problem at all in Syrian hamsters, and is a Dwarf hamster problem. Most likely the hamster suffered from head trauma when it was young. Just keep an eye on her, as hamsters can live long healthy lives regardless, but if you notice it being constant to the point where she can barely even sit still to eat, euthanasia is a humane option.
