Help answer this question below.

In FL, I was divorced, less than a year, no child support, ex-wife makes 100k, I make 150k - I have paid for kids college fund, school, etc for last 3 months, she pays 0 stating other bills. Now she wants to go to court to get child support from me. What?

    Set up multimple layers of corporations, have your employer pay you as a 10-99 employee and cook the books to show losses on all your businesses. S/he can't get what's not there. I was in the same situation. The only way to go is through asset protection. IT WORKS!!! Otherwise, you're screwed.
