  • I don't know what system and programs you have, but if you have Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, your problems are over. You can use Word for a letter type invoice, look in General Templates for a format that suits you. In Excel you can make a professional type invoice, listing your services and charges on a letterhead form complete with a logo (clip art) of your choice. It might take you a while to get everything just right, but you can do it. Good luck!
  • Quick Books "simple start" is available from the Quick Books website as a free download. I am currently running my locksmith business using this program.
  • Quicken software can do the billing for you.
  • google docs and google sheets or open office .org is free plenty of examples for you to copy if you google invoice template
