Everyone does bad in some way. A good person does bad by not trying to, it just comes out because it is human nature. That good person does fell bad about it and does try to do better next time. A bad person will do bad things and not think twice about it. He will even do the same thing over and over.

By saying a "good person that does bad things" is better or worse than a "bad person" you are discounting the "bad things". As if to say they don't count. A bad action is just that. No more no less. It isn't any worse based on the person nor is the person any better or worse based on there "feelings" after. All things being considered, a person is the sum of there actions. So remorse, knowledge, insanity etc.. are just labels given to help the people surrounding the action feel better about there inner thoughts of the action itself. The person that did it is the sum of his actions. I guess in the end if we could tally them all up and see who did more bad than good or vice versa .
