Take a chill pill and rationalize all of your problems or whatever is making you stress out. Working out is a great solution too.

Spend a few minutes doing homework. That should ease your mind.

Think of it this way. It'll be over in x-many years... and then you can go on to live an independent, stress free life :)

Make a list of what is bothering you and what needs to be taken care of and slowly knock each one off the list as you make your way through it. Going on walks with an iPod, or just driving around to a mix you made is a good stress reliever. Or like Avidavid said, working out is a great solution too.

take up a hobby, that should help you think of something other than school.
