To have a collective name, the creatures have to be social animals, i.e., a dozen owls cooped up together would just be a dozen owls, as they're solitary animals. I can't say I know of definitive societies of spirits, but you might try "Legion" and/or "Host" for infernal and celestial spirits respectively. You also might try "conclave" in honor of "The great Seraphic Lords and Cherubim in close recess and secrect conclave sat ..." [the opening description of Pandemonium in Milton's Paradise Lost]
