Just as you can hire bodyguards and mercenaries, it is possible to hire a S.W.A.T (Special Weapons And Tactics) elite Special Operations tactical unit.

Laws vary world wide ... in some countries, their various weapons and tactics are restricted or outright illegal, while in other countries no one cares what weapons you have or who you hire ... so you would have to consult a local lawyer for details of what equipment your "team" can have and what tactics they may or may not use ... but most countries will at least allow you to hire a group of "emergency responders" to do your defense work and private investigations etc.
