  • it doesn't go bad as long as it's frozen
  • It lasts forever if it is cold enough... your freezer probably sucks and hovers around 30. Go get a real freezer and you can keep it forever.
  • Probably for only a couple of weeks, because some of the bacterial in the meat is able to withstand the cold environment and multiply, so even if you think that it's safe to deep freeze them, well you are wrong :P
  • It does not go bad, ever. It will be safe to eat, though it will deteriorate in quality. The smaller meat is cut, ground up being the smallest, they shorter the time it can stay frozen and keep it's original quality. 2 months is about tops for good quality but even 3 months is fine if you've wrapped it well and not relied on the packaging it came in. Freezer burning can happen in a matter of 4-6 weeks for some items.
