Usual inflation is between 4 and 6 lbs. air pressure. Most volleyballs have the correct psi printer near or around the vault btw.

Most rulesets in the USA require the ball to be inflated somewhere between 4.3 and 4.6 PSI.

In the standard 9 to 10 oz. in weight; 25-1/2" to 26-1/2" in circumference; 8.5 inches in diameter; ball, usual inflation is between 4 and 6 lbs. air pressure.

From FIVB rule 3.1: "[The ball's] circumference is 65-67 cm and its weight is 260-280 g. Its inside pressure shall be 0.30 to 0.325 kg/cm2 (4.26 to 4.61 psi) (294.3 to 318.82 mbar or hPa)."
