We did not have the luxury of balloons. For punishment you got a whipping. I deserved everyone i received. Thanks mom and dad for taking the time to keep me straight. mr Bill

No, but I wish my babysitter did. She had long nails and a cute behind.

If my son wasnt fallowing the rules with the balloon.. such as keep it out of the living room... play with it in your room or in the dining room... then yes he has had his balloon popped! Thats the way it goes. If you cant fallow the rules why whould you get to play?? Not in my house!
