To be honest, after seeing the form that stuff comes in as my ex-boyfriend worked in Subway, you don't want to know! Subway is so processed. Did you know that the bread doesnt even get blue-moulded, it just disintegrates? Thats not right!!

take chicken strips and mix with a bag of prepared teriyaki sauce and mix, then put on your choice of bread or what ever you like and add the sweet onion sauce and enjoy.
