  • When I first visited this website,I was skeptical about it. As the wedding dresses's price are all too inexpensive to be true. I then sent emails to the website and got prompt response from their customer service. They answered all my questions with great patience.I ordered a dress on their website and got it in 25 days. So fast,they customised the dress to my measurements,and it fits perfect.I like perimart.I have already recommended it to all of my friends.
  • We ordered two customized dresses. One wedding dress and one mother of the bride dress. Both dresses came in so poorly sewed, and the customized sizing was so far off that I was surprised they even sent the gowns out the door. After submitting a complaint, with pictures showing how far off they were in measurements and how poorly the seams and overall appearance of the gowns were, they finally agreed to redo the gowns. I had to spend $50 to send the gowns back. They also stated that a "master seamstress" will sew the new gowns. I also decided to not have Perimart sew to the custom sizes that were submitted, but rather sew to standard 18 and 18W sizes. The new gowns arrived to the house. The wedding gown came back fine, just a little snug. The other gown was several INCHES too small. We couldn't even zip up the gown. This was the 18W. The company is now stating that they have spent too much time and money on the project and won't fix the second gown. They also stated that they didn't understand what 18W meant. They never asked. But then when you look on the sizing for dresses on their website, these "W" sizes are available. For them to say they didn't understand is so wrong. I will never recommend or use this company again.
  • Hollygreen 320 is probably the company doing a search on themselves on the internet, and trying to save their bad reputation. This so called person also posted the exact same thing on another wedding forum. Perimart is very very poor in customer service. I had ordered something from them for my wedding and not only did they not have anything in stock, and only tell me AFTER they've charged my credit card, want to replace it with something entirely different... They don't return your emails. I have no clue what is being "shipped" out, definately filling a dispute with my credit card provider once the shipment arrives. I would NOT recommend Perimart to anyone.
  • RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A PROM DRESS 2 MONTHS AGO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND TO THE 8 EMAILS IVE SENT, FIRST NUMBER POSTED WAS DISCONNECTED SECOND NUMBER WAS (SURPRISE) NO ANSWER. BUY AMERICAN! AT LEAST WE'RE HELD TO CERTAIN LAWS AND STANDARDS THAT APPARENTLY DON'T APPLY TO CHINA! HOLLY320 WORKS FOR THEM SO IF YOU SEE HER POST - IGNORE IT.
