ok.. after much searching, I got this one finally. Hopefully someone else can use the info as well. Out of the harness of the Peterson (PM) Model 500 Turn Signal Switch there are seven (7) lines.. connect as follows: INPUTS: Blue - Pilot (indicator lamps) line. Yellow - Load (+12V) line. ** The Blue and Yellow lines connect to the output side of the heavy duty FLASHER UNIT. The other side of the FLASHER is connected to the turn signal lamp circuit (+12V) on the fuse panel, OR a separate FUSED and SWITCHED (only on with ignition) +12V line. Gray/Black Tracer - Brake Switch. ** The Gray/Black Tracer line is connected to the output side of the BRAKE SWITCH. If you have an existing connection here, you would remove it and replace with the line from the switch if you have combination turn signal/brake lights. If you have separate turn signal (amber) lights in back, you would not use this line, and leave the brake switch wired as it was. OUTPUTS: Red - Right Front Turn Signal Green - Left Front Turn Signal Black - Right Rear Turn Signal Gray - Left Rear Turn Signal ** Make sure that the above lines are connected to the turn signal and/or stop lamp filaments and not to the parking/running lamp filaments. AS ALWAYS, MAKE SURE THAT YOU PROPERLY INSULATE ALL CONNECTIONS, AS WELL AS UNUSED WIRE ENDS TO PREVENT SHORT CIRCUITS.
