No, not if the great work was created by the person taking credit for it.

plagiarism... 8( ... i commend those who use someone else's works to make something bigger but only when they acknowledge who made the original works.

More than the plagiarism itself, I'm bothered because that person thinks we are all so ignorant we won't notice.
