No. Generally, it makes them look really trashy. Or maybe like they're trying to be cool. Then it gives you bad breath, makes you smell like smoke, and makes you cough up all sorts of nasty crap. All of these are MAJOR turn-offs.

When I see a young girls smoke, All I think is "How can she be so stupid" With everything we know about the long term effects of smoking someone must be really dumb to even want to try it. It does not look "cool", It doesn't help you be skinny, It isn't "sexy" and if your friends want you to do it, they aren't real friends.

I agree with all other responses here. However I will say (ducks to avoid things being thrown at me lol) there's a possibility it can look sexy; there is a smoking fetish. If you take a beautiful woman (who's not a regular smoker), who has nice hair, skin, teeth, fingers, nails, etc, and simply take a pic of her, with pink or red lips wrapped around the cigarette or cigarillo (flavoured cigarettes, like mini cigars) inhaling and watching the smoke being expelled from her clean madeup mouth, it 'can' look sexy. But this is just the fantasy look of it; as we all know the reality is usually wrinkles, yellow skin tones and nails, bad teeth, etc. I think with the smoking fetish look it's more so simply the beautiful woman with something dirty in her mouth lol (one possibility).

Don't listen to the other anwers...the real answer is yes. A woman who smokes has an erotic look, especially if she is doing it right. There's smoking and sexy smoking. It give the girl and "bad girl" look that some guys love! If you smoke, make sure it's all-white. Cork tips are unflattering.

To some men she will - if she smokes with a certain amount of style. But she can also make herself look like a trailer trash mama if she smokes like a tire fire. A woman who smokes and wants to look sexy needs to pay attention to how she smokes just as much as she needs to put her lipstick and eyeliner properly. If you do your makeup badly then you look like a fool - smoke badly and it's the same thing. Anyway - smoking cigarettes can add alot of glammor and sex apeal to a woman if she does it with style and grace..... and frankly I'm amazed at the number of guys who have told me this...lots of men find it sexy as hell.
