I would probably do some kind of work just so I wouldn't go stir crazy. I think everyone needs a raison d'etre and therefore I would do something to keep my mind fresh. Of course, I would only work a couple hours a day or 20 or less a week and I would have to be able to take off whenever I wanted. Good luck finding a job like that.

Money isn't an issue for me, and I don't pursue employment, but I DO try to stay busy with a combinatin of useful activities and enjoyable ones.

Definitely. A job keeps us stimulated, and I love working on issues and problems. Otherwise, I would wilt from frustration, I guess.

No, I would volunteer. There are so many charities crying for volunteers. With the unemployment figures rising everyday, that would free up a job for someone in dire need of one.

probably, i used to hear the quote "if you find a career you like you'll never have to work a day in your life" and also "i want a career, not a job" so if i could actually find this career one day and do it because i like it, then i'd probably still persue the employment :)

No. I would lounge around doing nothing and enjoying myself. I'd sit on terraces drinking fine wines and reading books and just watch the world go by.
