No, no, never, no, no.
-
It really would depend on the place, but off the top of my head, yes, I would love to.
-
Sure as a little girl, sounds like i just signed a deal with the devil
-
Sure I would, that would be great fun, I think... New culture, food, places, people, whats not to like about that? Heck, I may not want to leave...
-
Would they tolerate me having more then one kid. I have three, and I hear in China you can only have one:)
-
Nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there, even for a year. Too crowded, too noisy, and not enough privacy. There's a lot of magnificent ancient history there, but I am happy to be in North America, the land of the strong and free. :)
-
Yep.. if I could pick the town and the suburb.
-
maybe 6 months at the most. but 1 year? no wayy.. :]
-
Yes I would. Sounds like a cool experience.
-
Yes
-
Not now. Before I was married with children I actually considered answering a post for college students willing to teach English language and grammar to Chinese businessmen. But I had already met my honey and couldn't bear to leave him for so long.
-
I would consider it. I don't think I would like to live in Shanghai but Beijing might be okay. Otherwise maybe some smaller city in the south that is not too polluted could be interesting.
-
Yes I would (assuming that I would also work there). I think that would give me ample time to savor the sights and sounds of a future superpower. It would be a great experience.
-
Its a kinda place you would enjoy spending your life for a while, enjoy petite chinese girls :), lovely food, good jobs for expats, but it certainly is not a place worth settling just yet, but yea living for an year wont be that bad, and depending on your tastes, you may end up spending much more than that
-
I'd stay 5 years if I were lucky enough to have the chance!
-
I certainly would!!
-
Yes! Definitely!... It wouldn't be top of my list but for sure!
-
Yes, I would as I could visit some of their mountain ranges and compare them to our Rocky Mountains, which I love so dearly. Also,it would be fun to try out different foods.
-
Definitely! I work for an international company and would love to go there on secondment! It would be the ideal way to get introduced into the culture.
-
No way! I spent only six days in the Soviet Union when it was still behind the Iron Curtain. I had some major harrowing experiences while there. They were paranoid about us Yanks...even told me not to laugh (even though I was just smiling over something the authorities were on me about). Being in a country that is not free --something we take for granted-- is horrible. When I flew out of Leningrad and the Finair pilot announced that we had just cross the border into Finland, the entire plane let out one hell of a cheer, including me. We were FREE again! So, a year in China ya say? Not on your life! I LOVE our freedom. +5

Wouldn't even visit there for one second. Have no desire to go to any other country, ever.
-
No. I would love to live overseas, but not in China.
