Is there a way to make avatar pictures larger to see better. Not all the time, just to get a better look. They are so small.

I just use control and roll my mouse-wheel. Then Control-0 to reset the screen. Here are a LOT of pictures of many ABers... http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/72716 . And some have their pictures in their profiles (like me).

Generally speaking, the best avatar picture version can be found on the user profile. You can magnify it with an imaging program, with the size setting of your browser, or with a software magnifying glass One is included in Windows: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Magnifier . Some people could give you a bigger version of their avatar image if you ask them, other have already published one somewhere, for instance on their profile (look there at mine). Some pictures collections have been given in other answers.

I've wondered the same thing, it would be nice to see them better. We should be able to zoom them.
