• That is your answer your eating right before you go to bed try if you can to eat somthing about an hour or two before you go to bed
  • Its becasue your body tries to digest your food when you are asleep, and once its digested you might need to use the restroom and/or get hungry. avoid this by eating a few hours before sleep
  • This happens to me when I eat sugar. Are you eating simple carbohydrates? They turn to sugar in your digestive system. So does alcohol. Try eating protein and fiber to keep from getting hungry.
