Why is the skit in Jackass: Number Two with Chris Pontius drinking the horse semen, why was it censored if the other skits in the movie aren't?

Im assuming this was in the Unrated version, because I dont recall seeing it in the theatre. Because drinking horse semen is incrediably disgusting. If it were shown in the theatre people could have vomited, and people vomiting can cause others to vomit, then you got mass vomit on your hands. And no manager wants to deal with that.
