Any form of birth control including condoms is a personal decision between a couple. There are not any official church policies against it (when your married).

That would depend on whether or not they want children. Personally I would recommend an IUD, then a vascectomy when the family is complete.

I hope you don’t mean during the ceremony…? ;-) Assuming we’re talking about using birth control within a marital relationship, Matt6466’s answer is accurate.
