Rayquaza is at the top of Sky Pillar. In Ruby/Sapphire, you have to beat the Elite 4 and then head east off of Pacifilog Town. On the north side, you will find a break that has Sky Pillar. You will need the Mach Bike to crest the tower. Once at the top, Rayquaza is that green thing curled up. Once you approach it, hit A and be ready for a big fight. It is easier if you have a master ball. Latias and Latios are trickier. These (depending on the version) appear at random after you beat the Elite 4. Unless you have Block or Mean Look, you likely only have one shot before it will flee. Use Poison or Fighting types at your own risk, because these are powerful Psychic types. Freezing it or putting it to sleep will buy you time but you still need luck. A Master Ball is the easiest way to catch it. Saving it will do little good, since the appearance is impossible to predict in normal play.

go to the sky pillar near pacifidlog and for latios and latias, even if u have emerald u can only get one.trading might help but u got have good pokemon

you go to the sky piller, it's close to picific town but you have to beat the ellite four,my trick is to go to picific town and go to your rigth and go up intil you can go throut some rocks

well if u ask me just make its hp very low then pt it to sleep with a pokemon that nows yawn =) then throw a ultra ball but if u want to catch it with out a battle with i supose u shoudl do just throw a master ball thats wat i did and now its a lv 100 from rare candys ps i clone pss i cloned 53 rare candys psss thats howi made my rayquaza a lv 100 and my blazaekin lv 100 =P i already wrote how to clone surch this web site on geting more rare candys

You catch Latios and Latias by finding them becayse they could be anywhere, i found it near mauville on the left. Rayquaza is near the end and you go to sky tower and have to defeat him, or you could defeat him

Rayquazza is on top of sky pillar and in ruby you choose from catching either latias or latios. You can get the choice of picking it by first defeating the elite four, when you get back home and walk downstairs your mom will tell you to watch this show on the tv. She'll ask you afterwards what color the pokemon seen on tv was

For Rayquaza, you find it at sky pillar,(Duh)and for Latios and Latias, Go watch TV after you beat the elite four and you mom will ask you if the color of the pokemon was red or blue (Only for Emerald). If you want Latias, pick red, and if you want Latios pick blue.

rayquaza is at the top of sky piller and its corled up like a snake does but it is right up a big stair case unsteid of short ones there all over well you need ultra balls and mach bike but it would be smart to bring repels and a pokemon that knows sing(you have to beat elite 4 at least once be fore you can go there)the way to get there is easy go east of pacific log town and folo the rocks then there is a intrance then go in then keep on foloing them and you get to a montain with an entrace go in go all of the way up then east and go out then go into the tower. latios and lotios are the pokemon you are supose to use the master ball on but for me i used it on groudon and dint know about them but i dont want you to make that mistake like mei have not yet incountered with latios.

To catch rayquaza go to pacifidlog town and surf east. You will see a channel on the north leading to sky pillar. You need a mach bike to pass the cracks and you will meet rayquaza. Do not weaken it and throw ultra balls lik crazy as it can heal itself from rest or confuse and kill itself from outrage. Use timer ball. After 56 turns timer ball becomes master ball trust me. For latias or latios depending on the game, defeat elit 4 and look at the TV in your house. Then get a pokemon with level 30-40 place first in your party. Use repel and after a while it will appear. Get a pokemon that prevents escape or use masterball. To get the other Lati trade from the game you do not have, ruby or sapphire. Or use eon ticket.

to catch rayquaza go to pacifidlog town and surf east and surf to the left and you will find a gap in the rocks. (go in the gap). there u will find find the sky piller make sure tou bring some super/max repels. then you will need the mach bike then when you get to the top fall through the one of the two MIDDLE floor tiles. then go up the stairs there you will find rayquaza. hurt it a little bit and throw ultra balls at it u will catch soon. and I don't know where latios/lotios are .

If you tried to capture Latias or Latios and it fled, look for Latios or Latias on your Pokedex. Go to AREA and it will show where it's current location is. Be mindful that if you use fly to go to that location, it will probably move. You can actually find this pokemon using this method!

To catch Raquazza you must go to the sky pillar. To get to the sky pillar you must have a mach bike. Fly to pacifilidog town. Use surf and go northeast. You will find a gap in the rocks. Go through and you will find a cave. On the other side when you come out of the cave you will find the sky pillar. As I said use the mach bike to go over the cracks. At the top you will find Raquazza. It is at lv 70. It knows outrage, extreame speed, fly, and rest. It is very hard to catch. I just used my masterball. I regret that because I have to catch Latios now. So don't make that mistake. To catch Latios/Latias you must beat the elite 4. When you come home your mom will ask you to watch the TV. Your mom will ask you what the color of the pokemon was. If you say red you will look for Latias. If you say blue you will look for Latios. Latias/Latios will zoom around Hoen. They will try to escape the battle as soon as possible. They come at lv 40 and are very fast. I hope this helps you catching Latias/Latios. please rate!

for latias or latios after beating the elite four and champion,u will be taken back to ur house.go down and talk to ur mom.then watch the tv it will tell u of a rare flying pokemon.from there the pokemon will come to u in any part of heoun even on the sea.use ur masterball on it or it will flee as soon as u try to attack it.
