I've used every key at one point or other and I know what each one's multiple functions are... The keys I use most rarely are non standard keys such as hibernate, volume up/down... I can't remember EVER using an "email" shortcut key although I don't generally use keyboards that have those keys. I remember remapping the email key's function once though. And yes I have a life besides computers. :-)

The accent/squiggly line one (`/~), and all the keys to the right of or above backspace except Printscreen, Delete, and the arrow keys.

That would have to be the Scroll Lock-key, which has been in use even less than the Pause/Break one.
