• For the most part yes, but that depends on how you cook it. The oil's and sauces that make certain chicken can be bad for you but a plain 7 oz chicken has about 230 calories, 5g of fat 40g of protein and 128 mg of cholesterol which is a little high but healthy
  • It sure is good for me, but actually for you it depends. If its fried its bad. but if its roasted and you don't eat it all the time its okay and give you nutrients :D
