  • You need to find the courage to leave him. I know if may be hard for you but you need to. The longer you stay the harder it is for you to leave. You might try talking to someone.
  • you need to gather the strength and the courage to take that first step towards ending your current situation. Call a refuge. They will do everything in their power to keep you safe and help you start fresh. I owe my life to a women's refuge.Good Luck.
  • If you are in the UK, I'm not sure if you have battered women's shelters there. But if you do contact one of them they can guide you in the right direction.
