  • Do your best to stop being stuck. Seek police and abuse helpline advice on how and when to leave and be sure to get a restraining order on the jerk who abuses you (((hugs)))
  • I'm so sorry you're going through this. Can you get to a doctor's office and explain your situation or to a therapist? You might also try a priest or minister.

  • You need to find the courage to leave him. I know if may be hard for you but you need to. The longer you stay the harder it is for you to leave. You might try talking to someone.
  • you need to gather the strength and the courage to take that first step towards ending your current situation. Call a refuge. They will do everything in their power to keep you safe and help you start fresh. I owe my life to a women's refuge.Good Luck.
  • If you are in the UK, I'm not sure if you have battered women's shelters there. But if you do contact one of them they can guide you in the right direction.
