If precession is due to the Earth's wobble, why is precession only in relation to objects outside of the solar system(stars) - why is there no drift of the timing of events INSIDE the solar system? Does the earth cause the entire solar system to 'wobble'

Because light in the solar system is only minutes old therefore not giving things time to move and change before we can see it. Objects outside the solar system (the nearest being 24 light yearas away) a lot will have changed in the time it takes. And we dont cuases the entire solar system to wobble but we do if you stand on earth, its the perspective you take. i hope this helps
