• Hi, Don't watch scary movies! Instead, watch comedic films; especially, before going to sleep at night! Good luck!
  • Try reading before going to bed. This will help your body slow down, and make your mind tired. It will also take your mind off anything that might scare or bother you.
  • When I stopped watching horror movies, then my nightmares ceased. However, as you had stated, this alone won't necessarily eliminate your nightmares! My best advice is to try to focus on positive things beofre falling asleep. For example, think of how exciting the folowing day will be and think of ways that you can help others. Good luck!
  • Reduce the stress in your life. Taking to a therapist may help.
