• Your body is built to filter out anything that would ruin homeostasis (your body's natural balance). Organs like your kidneys would filter any excess substances that could harm your health. Although apple cider vinegar is probably not the best to take(some people take it as a weight loss aid), you wouldn't be drinking a sufficient amount to cause any significant damage.
  • If you have regular check ups and live a healthy lifestyle (diet, exercise, no smoking etc), taking a small amount of vinegar daily shouldn't have any harmful effects. However I am not a doctor. You may want to ask your doctor about it just to make sure.
  • 1-8-2017 Your stomach makes hydrochloric acid to digest food. Your skin normally is slightly acidic. Some people make pie with vinegar.
