Hard to say. Ezekiel was thirty when the Word of the Lord came to him. Daniel was probably fairly young. Other than that, I'm not sure we know.

We are told that Samuel was still a child when the Lord called him as a prophet, though we are not told how old he was (Samuel 3).

The Bible does not list the age when Jeremiah began preaching, but in his own words, he was very young. Jeremiah Chapter 1:4-6 " And the word of Jehovah began to occur to me, saying: “Before I was forming you in the belly I knew you, and before you proceeded to come forth from the womb I sanctified you. Prophet to the nations I made you.” But I said: “Alas, O Sovereign Lord Jehovah! Here I actually do not know how to speak, for I am but a boy.”
