I would have to say tea, and saltine crackers, only because the antioxidents in Tea helps you immune system and also if you do puke it dosent taste as bad..i know sick right? but its true, and the saltine crackers because well the bread from the cracker helps absorb some of the acid in your tummy, and the salt soaks up some of that acid also that makes your tummy feel so upset. Though the crackers absorb alot of acid and some other stuff (water and digested food) it helps to drink tea, or even water with your crackers :) DONT forget to brush your teeth after you puke, or at least wash your mouth out with mouth wash because if you dont your teeth can get all icky feeling and make you feel worse :( so be careful in what you eat and what you drink and ALWAYS brush or mouth wash your umm..well mouth and teeth when done. :)
