I could go into detail about the physical and anatomical components that come in to making you HUNGRY, but I don't really know technically how that works except your stomach is probably a bit empty. :)

In our house a bowl of cereal is a treat that we love to eat any time of the day or night. I don't think your stomach cares if its breakfast or not.

Dang! I was hungry, but I just at a granola bar (I eat cereal for breakfast 5-6 times a week). Cereal would be way better than eating cookies, ice cream or cake (unless it's the sugary stuff). Go ahead and have some!
