Did Spiderman ever battle Juggernaut? If so, who won?

The Juggernaut has been major foe of the X-Men since his introduction into the Marvel universe having close ties to their leader Professor X (his step-brother). However, Juggy has fought Spider-Man a number of times including a memorable 2 part story in Amazing Spider-Man #229 & 230. Spider-man was able to defeat him but it wasnt the last time these two would face each other though!
