Incest is incest. Incest is illegal. Even if both are of age and the pornography making is legal, That doesn't change the fact that incest is.

Yes it's illegal and I do believe that the training videos and pics of incest and sexual harm to children shown to police and other law enforcement are pics and vids of confiscated materials from an actual case.

Do you mean people pretending to be siblings portraying incest? Do you mean between siblings? parent/child? I suppose this might have a bearing on what the answer would be. You could ask the police or a lawyer.

PORTRAYING incest among non related ADULT actors or actors who are less than first cousins is not illegal. The portrayal would be no more illegal than a portrayal of murder or robbery or shoplifting. That is why it is called acting people! In MOST states, anyone from 2nd cousin or less can have relations. In a few states, first cousins are allowed, but this is rare and is actually a newer allowance. ACTUAL parents and children or siblings or uncle, aunts, nieces and nephews is illegal where an actual blood relation exists. I do not know if it is legal for a non blood uncle, aunt,etc.

No, it's not illegal if it's ACTORS portraying related people engaged in sexual acts. That wouldn't really be incest. It's be pretendcest. it's icky icky icky nasty nasty nasty, but not illegal. That would mean any a pretend murder or pretend bank heist would be illegal if portrayed on film, and that's asinine. HOWEVER: if one or both of the actors is a minor, that is illegal. If the actors ARE related, that is incest.
