• I'd hit up your vendor first as this being MSworks, it sounds like it was a bundled software package with a store bought PC from Dell, MDG or what have you. After that, your next recourse would be to call microsoft. Sounds weird, but sometimes they can be understanding and either issue another key or replace the disk with another key.
