  • If you have outstanding juvenile warrants, they will grow up to be adult warrants if you don't go take care of your obligations.
  • Juvenile records are usually sealed. If you are applying for a liquor license, gaming license, or some type of Federal or Government position, etc. they will have access to those records. It may show up if you are applying for a gun permit also.
  • i think ders a new law out, on criminal records.. instead of clearing every 3 yrs, gets cleared every 10 years... which aint good :(
  • What ever offense you may committed and you have served your time or paid the fine, then your record should be cleared. That said, this doesn't apply like the other answer in most cases it is sealed but, can be referred to later by some authority if need be. This is in a sense being punished for the same crime twice, which in effect is anti-constitutional. Although today's crimes and the frequency in which it happens I certainly do understand why criminal records are not cleared, I don't like but I understand it.
  • Are you referring to a criminal record? No, its your for life. Even having your record expunged, does not erase it entirely.
  • No. Whether you committed a felony, misdemeanor, etc. your juvenile record can be sealed but can be opened for other reasons ex. applying for a gun permit, obtaining a job in law enforcement, applying for a liquor license. Also, even if the record is expunged it dosen't erase your criminal record. No matter what, your record will follow you.
  • when i was like 15 i got a few misdemeanor offences..and now im being tried as an adult for something else....they brought up my juve record but since the fines were paid and all the community service and everything was done its sealed...but yes if your applying for a gun or any of that they can access it.
