  • Hmmm. I've never even actually seen it. I do know that people make their own rules as to what makes them a failure or not though.
  • Friendship is a gift, cherish it because when you are old and ready for your finally journey, odds are you will have only one.
  • I agree with the statement. I've said this many times: I'd rather be rich with friends and poor of dollar than the reverse any day.
  • One of my favorite movies...I watch it every year. and that's one of my favorite quotes....it's so true!
  • Do fair-weather friends count?
  • A person can have friends, but until you have friends that help you through a REALLY tough situation, you don't realise how close those friends are. That is when you really can understand what the difference between friends and loved ones means.
  • I think "failure" is just a state of mind, and how you react to negative situations determine whether you see yourself as a "failure" or "success". Having friends is important, but your perception of yourself should not hinge on you having friends. Just like a man who thinks he needs a woman to make him "complete." He is complete already---but only if he thinks he is (which in fact he is).
  • I think none of us can ever know how we've affected those who have passed in and out of our lives..so even though we may think we're alone and have no one..the truth is there may be dozens if not hundreds of people who think of us fondly for having been there when needed at various times in their lives. That's why I think each of us has a purpose and a place and a job to perform! :) Success is different things to different people..the last thing on my "success" list would be anything financial. The first thing on my list would be "what kind of child(ren) did I give to the world"? Everything else would fall in-between! :)
  • Bullshit. Love the film though. A definite favorite
