  • Most motorcycles sold in the US are required to have a plate or tag that contains model year info as well as VIN, country of manufacture, etc. Often you'll find this plate/tag on the frame or headstock.
  • I have a 1978 Kawasaki KZ650. I don't know if it is a B1, B2A, a C1, 0r C2. Is There any way to tell?

      Take the serial number to the parts dept. of a Kaw dealer when they are not too busy.
