  • Most DEFinitely.
    • Mr PantsFellDown
bullshit - he intends to burn billions of people in utter "teeth gnashing, moaning" torment FOREVER, for "sinning". You call that love do ya?
  • God loves us all, but He wants us to stop hurting each other, ie. He wants us to stop sinning. Just like mum loves all her children but doesn't want them to hurt each other. Pretty simple really.
  • God sent his son to the earth to die in order to redeem the sinner HE also says that he desires all to repent from their sinful course in order to be saved.
  • If he truly loved sinners, why would he make a place such as hell for them? No, I do not think the God of the bible, loves sinners. Now, the bible pretty much says that everyone is a sinner. So, according to the bible, the only sinners he is going to love, are those that have Jesus to wash their sins away. That's my interpretation of it anyway...
  • The original hebrew and greek texts of the bible never mention the word hell. Hebrew: Sheol and Greek: Hades refer merely to mankinds common grave. In other words a six foot hole in the ground, so if you believe that all humans go to hell, you are essentially correct, but not in the context in which you are thinking.
  • That is talking about those that refuse to return to god. Romans states that the wages of sin is death, not eternal torment in hell. Ecclesiastes also states that the dead are not even aware that they are dead, in fact, they are not aware of anything.
  • The bible does speak of a place called gehenna and i agree that this was a literal place. in ancient jerusalem, there was such a place outside the city walls called the Valley of Hinnom. It is where their garbage was burned. It is also believed by scholars that this was also where the bodies of dead criminals was placed, thus the stigma of a fiery eternal torment for the wicked.
  • Read the story of Jesus and the prostitute: "Whoever among you is without sin, let him cast the first stone." -- "Neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more."
  • GOD loves everyone, but he definitely punishes sinners for their sins.
  • and as he once said; "Forgive not 7 times, but forgive 77 times"
  • Yes, except karaoke sinners.
  • Of course he does!!!...he has unconditional and agape' love for us....Mary Magdalen was a prostitute people cast stones at her. And Jesus EMBRACED her, saying let he who is without sin cast the first stone
  • Of course He does. Jesus died for the sinners, remember?
  • He's obligated to love sinners as a supreme being. Also, any halfway decent god wouldn't judge his people, so the fact that they are sinners doesn't mean much.
  • He loves me and I'm one of them!
  • If he did not love sinners there wil be no one to love! He does not like sin. TRY not to do it. It is like teasing your brother, he hates IT but still loves you. But if you go on and on he will punish you eventually. Try your best not to tempt HIM.
  • Somebody downrated me. Oh, did I get that wrong? You didn't ask whether God loves singers?
  • One can only hope since no one under the age of 6 or so is guiltless!
  • Yes, He does! We don't deserve His grace but that's the kind of God He is!
  • Depends on who you ask.
  • We are told he loves all his children. Jesus is supposed to have spent more time with sinners than saints
  • Yes. God so loved the world that he GAVE his son---for WHOsoever believe in HIM shall have life eternal. Sinners are only saints who fall down--but can rise again. If one can die for my sins---it's a sure sign HE LOves SINNERs. inconditionally. Yes!
  • Thats a great question because most churches believe they are the ONE and the rest will die and burn in hell or whatever. Kind of goes against that loving the sinners bit.
  • No one is without sin.
  • God loves all his children. God is love.
  • Yes! If he didn't, he wouldn't love anyone but the people in the world who truly still don't know right from wrong!
  • Yes, He loves Sinners but He does not love the sin. He hates sin..
  • Since all of us are sinners, who's left?
  • Christ Jesus Came Into the World to Save Sinners (1 Timothy 1:12-17).
  • Obviously, or he wouldn't have created so many!
  • They're his favorites! If it weren't for them, he would have no reason to exist!
  • When you were little, did you ever get the feeling that you were doing something wrong while you were taking an extra cookie, disobeying your parents, ect.? That is not your imagination. It is a real feeling. God's like that. YOU CAN FEEL HIM. But then again, nevermind. I'm not going to try to force that on you. You still have your little adult delusions that you're the smartest being on earth and you can prove any 12 year old wrong. All I can do is tell you that my God is real. He isn't evidence that you find, he isn't facts you conclude, HE IS REAL. I'm going to share a little personal story with you. At school, I get teased a lot. I was made fun of, bullied, and around 11 I became depressed. At home, recently I had lost my brother and his fiance in a car crash, and I was devastated. I wanted to end my life because I thought everything was going wrong and it would never be right again. But then I found God. He gave me a love no one can ever take away. My God can save lives; what can yours do?
  • the living god loves everyone. sinners were just the jews. you cant put the law onto the gentiles. sin is only related to the jews. when a jew broke a law, it was a sin. the biblical law does not apply to the gentile. gentiles cannot sin. its a false concept to say ask the living god to forgive your sins when you are a gentile. if you want forgiveness then you should ask because you have ignored him. not because of sin. In fellowship and out of fellowship are the only two states of being for the gentile christian. sin does not exist for the gentile or for the christian. jesus died for every jewish person, for their sins. the gentiles were added later because Paul thought that Gentiles should be included. Jews were the only sinners.
  • Geash I sure do hope so - ALL have sinned and come short of the Glory of God - therefor making us ALL sinners. I'm a sinner and I know God loves me.
  • isnt he supposed to love everybody. thats what i was told.
  • He loves all sinners so much so, that he gave his only Son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. So that we may be saved, if we ask to be in Jesus name. The answer to your question can be found in the book of John Chapter 3 V-16.....
  • Yes, he loves everyone.
  • Does a father love his children? YES! he might be dissapointed with a few of the things you are doing, but he will always Love you. He will give those in need more attention than others.
  • Only in the sense as to what love means, which is caring for; and God gives sunny days to the righteous, and to the sinners; and makes rainy days also on the sinners, as well as the righteous. When Christ sais, Love your enemies, we need to understand that word love as it is, and not as it is not; it means caring for the other´s welfare unselfishly, and nothing more. So when our enemy hungers, we give him food, or when he thirsts, we give him drink: this is what Christ is saying. But as for (John.3:16), that God so loved mankind, yes He thinks so much of us, that He decided to give us one last chance to reform our lives through His Son Jesus Christ, and that is what that means. There has been much misunderstanding made and mis-information given through the years, because many have approached the Word of God as a wise and prudent, rather than a babe; and therefore have exaggerated what is meant in scriptures. Rightly dividing the Word of Truth is hid from scholastic achievers, but is revealed to common, practical people. (Matthew.11:25)
  • When I was in college, I saw boys running around chasing each other. To the eyes of an adult, when these little ones do something wrong, our understanding is great enough to comprehend what they did wrong. We could simply dismiss it and forgive for it. In analogy, in the eyes of God, we are all his children. His understanding outbounds our own nature and thinking. He knows well that, sinners though we maybe, we can rise above our faults. He knows well our capacity to love. In his eyes, we are indeed lovable, just like kids. His love can see through our goodness.
  • He loves sinners that are making the sincere effort to reform their lives; and the sincere may fall several times, but will rise up again in their sincere effort to reform; but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
  • God loves everyone!
  • He loves everyone. Much like a mother or a father loves the trouble maker child in the family as much as their obediant one.
  • Blimin hope so or i'm doomed!
  • John Chapter 3 V-16 will tell just how much He Love us.
  • Contrary to popular opinion, No. Christ tells us when the Father will love a person, and also when We are actually loving Him, and also when he Christ Himself will love us. Unfortunately the Truth is not made mentioned of very much in to days churches; yet the whole while it is before our eyes to see. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him.. John 14:21 If a man love me, he will keep my words.. John 14:23 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings.. John 14:24 They that keep (i.e. obey) what He tells us to do are the ones that love Him; and those that love Him shall be loved of the Father, and Christ then will love them. It all comes down to obedience; that is, the sincere effort to do His will.
  • i sure hope so
  • Yes He does, but there comes a time when a person, who continuously sins by rejecting Jesus Christ, will be hated by God. Many people repeatedly say things like, "God loves us all so much that He will save us all"; or "He hates the sin, but loves the sinner"; or "God is love, and will not send anyone to hell." They feel that God is so full of love, that He simply cannot send anyone to eternal hell fire. It is against His infinite love. They want God to forgive all, even those who openly reject Him and die cursing God. I must admit, it is nice to think of God's love being so infinitely great that all will ultimately be saved. Hell is a terrible place and I don't want anyone to go there. But it does not matter what I think. It matters what the Bible says. God is love (1 John 4:8), but God also punishes the sinner and hates all who do iniquity. God is not one sided. He is not simply an infinitely loving God. He is also infinitely just. He must deal with sin. He must punish the sinner. In the truth of God's word, we find that the Lord has provided one way by which we may be saved. That single way is through Jesus' sacrifice. For all who trust in Him, salvation will come. But to those who turn away, God's wrath abides upon them: "He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him," (John 3:36). Does God hate anyone? The answer is yes. Psalm 5:5, "The boastful shall not stand before Thine eyes; Thou dost hate all who do iniquity," Psalm 11:5, "The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, and the one who loves violence His soul hates." Lev. 20:23, "Moreover, you shall not follow the customs of the nation which I shall drive out before you, for they did all these things, and therefore I have abhorred them." Prov. 6:16-19, "There are six things which the Lord hates, yes, seven which are an abomination to Him: 17 Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 A heart that devises wicked plans, feet that run rapidly to evil, 19 A false witness who utters lies, and one who spreads strife among brothers." To sin is to break God's Law and offend His character. To sin means to challenge His character and authority. It means you go against His word. But God is not a liar. His word is true. He has said He will punish the lawbreaker. But, praise be to God, that while we were yet sinners, Jesus died for us (Rom. 5:6). There is no way we can appease God. That is why God became one of us (John 1:1,14; Heb. 2:17), to take our place and become sin on our behalf (2 Cor. 5:21).
  • sinners need love too
  • Yes. Everyone sins, everyone. Noone who sins can go to heaven. God loves us so much that he provided a way for us to be cleansed from all our sins and made righteous in his sight so that we could go to heaven. Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” That is LOVE. John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." God loves everyone unconditionally in that He shows mercy to everyone by not destroying them immediately because of sin. At the same time, God only has “covenant love” for those who place their faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. Only those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will experience God’s love for eternity. But God hates sin. We are created with the capacity to both love and hate; it is part of our being created in the image of God. God loves and God hates - his hatred is directed at wickedness. Psalm 7:11, "God is a righteous judge, a God who expresses his wrath every day." Psalm 5:4, "You are not a God who takes pleasure in evil; with you the wicked cannot dwell." So God does love us enough that he sent His own Son to die on the cross & rise from the dead just so we will be able to become righteous in his sight - if we accept Christ as our Savior. God hates sin and will punish those who do not accept His gift of salvation through Christ. It's a choice.
  • YES! His love is unconditional as any parent's love is!While I hate to have my unconditional love tested as a mom, I know each time it is, my children are growing and learning and becoming stronger. Without Sin, you wouldn't know that God's love has no boundries. How do we know how to be good without knowing how to be bad?
  • He loves me so he must.
  • You aren't doomed. God hates sinners. This question pops up a lot. and I will answer it with the bible. as it should be answered. Unless someone offers the bible as a source for their claims, never listen. That's why it's easy to counter Mormons and Charismatics. "I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob,And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness." Malachi 1:2-3 Esau was HATED by the Lord for giving up his birthright. You too have a birthright. If you are saved. God hates sinners, but once you are saved, (I can PM you the scripture and the details if you want) God performs a "spiritual circumcision" separating the soul from the flesh, so that while our flesh sins, our souls are not tainted. The sinner that god hates is the fleshy side Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 He hates sinners, and contrary to what the millions of hypocritical, never read the bible in their lives, worldly charismatics teach, God Hates sinners, But He (John 3:16) "so LOVED (past tense) the world, that he gave his only begotten son" His son was sacrificed for a world he loved, for a world he had pity on. Now the only thing to do is to accept his sons sacrifice, There is no special prayer contrary to what Catholics believe (give us this our daily bread yadada) "But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking." Matthew 6:7 simply ask him as best as you can "Lord, I am a sinner. I don't understand this much, but please, save me, I accept your sacrifice!" "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 We don't work for our salvation. God saved us, he did not give us the ability to save ourselves. So, before some idiot pops in here, saying how God is great and homosexuals and rapists, and everyone can get along with Christians and God just fine, Know they are liars. You will be faced with many of the end time Christians in this life. Catholics, Mormons, Jehovah's witnesses, Charismatics, they are all cults. You don't need to join the church, get baptized, live right (THOUGH YOU SHOULD), or do anything but ask the Lord for his salvation, and you are saved for life. once saved always saved. If you have any questions or insults direct them at Xikanax@gmail.com Lol, my first answer, I answered it all in the comments already.. heh..
