  • wear a good coat, and yeah something to keep your blood moving faster, caffine, excersice. Warm up before you go out into the cold!
  • I have the same problem. I try to wear multiple layers and bring sweaters with me even when I don't initially need one. Caffeine can actually add to the problem. Instead of getting coffee on a warm day opt for decaf or tea. Also, those with little body fat or those who are taller (because of poor circulation) get cold more easily. There isn't much that can be done about that. Hope I helped. :)
  • When I'm particularly cold I put on my extra thick winter socks, fleece lined blue jeans, and extra warm zip up hoodie. Heating pad for your seat would help too.
  • 2-20-2017 You need to study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. It is mostly a matte of eating some more protein, but you may also need other things.
  • go see a doctor and find out why you get so cold, you might be anemic
  • maybe you should get checked out to see if youre anemic
