• A bird like that you want to give some time. I'd go with 48 hours. Check on it every half-hour or so starting at the 40 hour point.
  • Take 20 minutes per pound for an unstuffed turkey, perhaps more for stuffed. So approx. 340 minutes or about 5-6 hours.
  • 325 what? And what on earth is a "rival roaster"? I've never heard of it.
