Juicy dark meat, meat with flavor, THIGHS!!! I'm not fond of the white meat on domestic turkeys. Now if I can get a wild turkey, which my husband used to do several times a year, now there is real great flavor in breast meat. And There has got to be lots of gravy for the stuffing and the potatoes and for my rolls to get dipped in:-)

The white meat. I can't stand dark meat on any bird. I don't like the other parts due to bones. My family was always paranoid of getting cut on the bone so I always feared it.
