Not wearing enough layers or possibly poor circulation...
-
1) not enough body fat 2) you live in a cold climate 3) you visit the walkin freezer too often 4) you drink fluids that are too cold and it alters your core temperature
-
You're too thin. I'm an original northerner in Florida and I feel warm at 50 degrees even after being here for 7 years. I am just thick bodied so I guess that is one big reason.
-
i have the same problem. yesterday i was wearing my boyfriend's jacket (which is really warm) and i was still really cold. i blame it on poor circulation.
-
Poor circulation, anemia, low body fat could all cause you to be cold all the time. Or you could just be like me, and just 'run cold' for no physical reason; wandering around wearing sweaters and fuzzy socks if it's under 75 degrees.
-
Keep your feet warm. If my feet get cold I am cold all over. I hate cold.
-
I dont know, but I am too.
-
Not sure I'm cold all the time too . I sleep with an electric blanket in the summer time in las vegas heat !
-
have you lost weight recently?
-
Cold hands...Warm heart. :)
-
Poor circulation?
-
I am a very cold person too Maybe you are not wearing enough clothes. Layers are best .In summer I look about 20lbs lighter i wear so many clothes in the winter.
-
have your thyroid tested...
-
Thyroid disorder Low iron or vitamin deficiency poor circulation Have your doctor check and recommend the proper treatment.
-
maybe youre not fuelling your body enough - eating enough?
-
Maybe Iron deficency anemia, or lack of another vitamin inside your body.
-
This is often caused by poor circulation. If you are a very sedentary person, sitting down during your working hours and during your leisure time, then your body is not obtaining enough exercise to keep your blood flowing correctly. It's becoming stagnant. A very thorough massage (by a qualified person) or more physical exercise on your part should help. If it doesn't do so after a reasonable amount of doing that then see your doctor.
-
Could be poor circulation or hypothyroidism.
-
If it concerns you, ask your doctor. It could be that you set your thermostat too low, or it could be that you are becoming a zombie, or it could be anything in between
-
I hear ya friend. I qm in the same boat, but with a man who is always burning up hot. 😒
-
You might have anemia, or you might not be wearing enough clothes? It might also be your age as well. Around the time that I turned age 60, I started to feel cold and had to wear more clothes. I also sleep under an electric blanket whenever the temperature in my home is below 65 degrees, which is most of the time.
-
If it's not hypothyroidism, feeling cold is often due to being in a cold environment.
-
You are not going for enough walks to get your metabolism better.
